- Removing bans — VAC bans and game bans are issued by Valve, not by us. We only display publicly available ban data from Steam's API.
- Removing reports — Community reports submitted through SteamReport.net are forwarded to Steam's moderation system and cannot be retracted.
- Steam account issues — For account recovery, trade holds, or purchase problems, contact Steam Support directly.
- Data deletion requests — We do not collect or store any personal data. Any data processed on this site is handled by third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). To manage your data with Google, visit Google's Data & Privacy page.
- Player disputes — We are a reporting tool, not a mediation service.
Response time: We aim to reply within 48 hours for general questions. Bug reports that affect core functionality are prioritized.
